Welcome to your homecoming.

You’ve always known that you have a big heart and big dreams. But somewhere along the way, you were told you were too much. Too sensitive. So you learned to shrink. To people-please. To make yourself smaller. And over time, you began to abandon yourself.

And yet—beneath the criticism, the trauma, and the messages that you weren’t enough—a part of you stayed hopeful. A part of you still believes there’s a healed version of you waiting to emerge. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you come home to yourself.

Your sensitivity isn’t the problem—it’s attunement in an overstimulating world. But when your nervous system is overloaded, especially if you’re neurodivergent, it can feel like you’re both exhausted and on edge at the same time. Together, we’ll work on regulating your nervous system and building supportive systems so you can move through life with more ease.

I work extensively with ADHD, anxiety, attachment/relationship wounds, and personal growth and healing. As a Chinese-Canadian therapist, Christian creative, former pastor’s kid, and eldest daughter, I understand the weight of wanting to be high-achieving and yet feel overwhelmed. I too know what it’s like to hold many dreams and navigate much.

As a psychotherapist, I’m especially passionate about supporting adult children of immigrants—particularly those from East Asian backgrounds—as they untangle cultural expectations, heal from emotional wounds, and navigate the pressure to define success for everyone but themselves. We’ll explore what it means to create a meaningful life and build a life you love.

If you’re a recovering people-pleaser who feels stuck in “fawn mode,” we may be a good fit. I take an attachment-focused approach to help you gently untangle unhealthy patterns and understand the unmet needs that have shaped your relationships. Together, we’ll begin to break the cycle and create space for more secure, authentic ways of relating.

In our work, I help you make sense of your past, understand your inner world, and clarify a life guided by your values. This is a space for healing, growth, and reconnecting with yourself.

You are not broken.
You are becoming.

It’s time to come home to yourself.
